WHAT WE DO

Zeroload, LLC works with Architects, Contractors, Developers, Owners, and Municipalities to provide consulting structural engineering services. 

Structural engineering services we provide include the design and preparation of construction and permit documents for the Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documentation (CD) phases of a project. We perform calculations, review architectural specifications, and provide the structural design, detailing, general notes, and drafted plans. 

Services we provide during the Construction Administration (CA) phase of a project include structural observations (site visits), shop drawing reviews, field engineering, and assistance with interpretation of structural documents. 

We can review your structure for concerns, general evaluations, and to help determine possibilities in your remodel project. 

Our office uses the latest REVIT software and can provide structural 3-D models for use in the design package.
